Job Description
To manage a team of sales consultants within the FNB Insurance space ensuring that set targets are achieved.- Achieve expected financial targets and uphold associated service levels.
- Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work-related resources.
- Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation.
- Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards.
- Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making.
- Achieve sales and new client acquisition targets to contribute to profit and growth of business.
- Identify and utilise opportunities to assess and improve own performance.
- Manage team performance in the area of responsibility.
- Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
:Long and Short Certificate of Proficiency at a minimum.
: Experience in selling and channel management skills minimum of 5 years
