FIS

FIS is an American financial technology company founded in 1968 that supplies the core processing, payments and treasury software banks and corporations run their operations on. Its banking solutions business covers deposit and loan cores, digital channels and card issuing for thousands of financial institutions, while its capital markets business sells trading, treasury, lending and risk software to banks, asset managers and corporate finance departments. Headquartered in Jacksonville and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, it sold most of its Worldpay merchant business in 2023 to refocus on the software it sells to financial institutions rather than merchant acquiring.

Job Description

Innovation isn’t just what we do; it’s how we work. At FIS, you’ll collaborate with talented people across the globe to create solutions that shape the way the world pays, banks and invests. If you’re ready to grow your career while making a meaningful impact, we’d love to meet you.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead vendor onboarding, offboarding, and transition programs to ensure service continuity and operational stability.
  • Partner with Procurement and Finance to optimize contracts, commercial governance, and supplier investments.
  • Establish governance approaches for the use of artificial intelligence within outsourced services and contingent labor programs.
  • Oversee contingent workforce operations, supplier management programs, and workforce management tools.
  • Promote supplier-led innovation, automation, and transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and vendor risk management standards.

  • Proven experience leading global vendor management or strategic partner management functions.
  • Deep knowledge of contingent labor programs, managed service provider models, and vendor management systems.
  • Experience managing large-scale technology service providers and infrastructure outsourcing relationships.
  • Demonstrated success leading vendor transitions, transformation initiatives, and governance programs.
  • Strong expertise in performance management, service-level agreements, contract management, and financial oversight.
  • Knowledge of vendor risk management, compliance requirements, and supplier performance practices.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including domestic and international travel as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree.
  • Professional certification in supplier management, sourcing, procurement, or a related discipline.
