We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join FIS's Capital Markets Professional Services organisation. You will be responsible for leading a portfolio of client-facing projects across our Quantum business, working with consultants, technical specialists and client stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes while maintaining strong governance and commercial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Quantum projects, including implementations, upgrades and consulting engagements.
• Take ownership of project scope, budget, schedule, forecasting, governance and client communication.
• Manage project financials, including resource forecasts, billing, change requests and budget tracking.
• Build strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders, providing clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate consultants and technical specialists to ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Identify, manage and communicate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Maintain project plans / logs and backlogs using tools such as Planview, Jira and Monday.com.
• Ensure delivery remains aligned to contractual commitments and agreed project objectives.
• Facilitate project governance activities, including status reporting, steering committees and executive updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Project Management Office and Capital Markets practice.

Skills and Experience Required

Essential:

• Significant project management experience within financial services, fintech or enterprise software delivery.
• Proven experience managing client-facing professional services projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation and organisational skills.

Desirable

• Experience within treasury, risk management or capital markets.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and commercial management skills.
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Planview, Jira and similar project management tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed and international environment.
• Exposure to Quantum or similar financial services platforms.
• Professional project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM or equivalent).
• Additional European language skills.
