About the Role

As a Senior DevOps Analyst, you will help design, build, automate, and support cloud-based and hybrid infrastructure solutions across a portfolio of Treasury & Risk products. You will play a key role in advancing DevOps transformation initiatives by delivering secure, scalable, and reliable platforms while driving automation across engineering and operational processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service resilience, operational efficiency, and deployment consistency. Success in this role is measured through platform stability, automation outcomes, security compliance, and continuous improvement of development and operations practices.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, implement, and support production environments in AWS and/or Azure.
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code solutions to improve consistency and scalability.
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and reduce operational risk.
• Automate operational processes and recurring support activities to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and security across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver resilient hosted services.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis and resolution.
• Create and maintain technical designs, operational procedures, and system documentation.
• Apply approved AI tools to improve engineering workflows, operational automation, and knowledge management.
• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, compliance, and production readiness.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure or software engineering, including 5+ years in cloud or DevOps roles.
• Experience designing, building, and supporting production solutions in AWS and/or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, scripting, and version control.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid architectures, including networking, identity, storage, monitoring, security, and disaster recovery.
• Ability to translate product requirements into technical designs, implementation plans, and operational documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and automating recurring support tasks.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development or operations tools and validating generated outputs for production use.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
• Strong understanding of production operations, cloud security, networking, and disaster recovery principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams and product lines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Python or PowerShell, Harness, Bitbucket, or GitHub.
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, and RDS.
• Experience supporting Windows Server, SQL Server, SaaS products, or hybrid cloud migrations.
• Experience developing AI-assisted workflows for incident triage, log analysis, documentation, or knowledge search using approved enterprise tools.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated environment.
• AWS, Azure, Terraform, or DevOps certification.
• Hands-on experience with Linux Server, Kubernetes, or hybrid cloud modernization initiatives.
• Experience building, measuring, and optimizing AI-assisted operational automation.
