About the role
As Senior Manager, Platform Delivery, you’ll lead platform delivery in India and help establish and grow the regional delivery function. You’ll turn platform commitments into executable plans, lead the delivery cadence, and ensure dependencies, risks and progress remain visible. You’ll work closely with platform and product engineering teams across regions to improve predictable delivery and support a build-once, deploy-everywhere model.
Your key responsibilities
- Own regional intake and prioritization, translating demand and platform commitments into clear, sequenced delivery plans.
- Lead platform programs and the delivery cadence, coordinating teams and workstreams to keep milestones and releases on track.
- Identify and actively manage cross-team dependencies and delivery risks, escalating issues early with clear paths to resolution.
- Build, lead and develop the regional delivery team, setting clear standards and creating an efficient, AI-first delivery culture.
- Partner with platform and product engineering leaders across regions, providing transparent delivery insights and maintaining alignment with global standards.
What you bring
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, delivery management or engineering leadership, including 3+ years leading and developing delivery or program-management teams.
- Experience leading technical program management, delivery management or engineering delivery functions at scale.
- Strong knowledge of modern software delivery, including agile and lean practices, dependency and risk management, delivery metrics and forecasting.
- Demonstrated success turning complex, multi-team engineering roadmaps into executable plans and delivering against commitments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across geographies and time zones and using data to provide clear delivery status and forecasts.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in financial services, fintech or another regulated industry.
- Experience with a platform-as-a-product model and coordinating delivery across platform and product engineering teams.
- Experience with AI-enabled engineering or delivery tools and establishing or scaling an India-based delivery function within a global organization.
The impact you’ll make
You’ll drive consistent execution and ownership across platform delivery in India, while helping build a scalable regional capability. By making commitments, dependencies and risks transparent, you’ll help teams maintain momentum and improve delivery predictability. You’ll connect hands-on program execution with the cross-team coordination needed to support a shared global delivery model.
