TITLE: Software Development Engineering Advisor II

EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC

LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES: Develop customized solutions within the platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. Analyze product requirements and create technical specifications. Develop new API’s and Services to support the broader Product Strategy. Develop high throughput and high-volume transaction APIs that can be consumed by omnichannel platforms.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving software development and deployment experience. Prior experience must include 4 years in the following: Working in Agile methodology; Designing software solutions in real-time payments; Developing microservices for highly efficient protocol translation and enrichment with reactive design patterns; Developing and managing containerized applications using Docker; Orchestrating containers using Kubernetes or AWS ECS; Developing code and other proactive maintenance activities to keep the services up and running; Developing developer efficiency tools; Engineering new features and functionality for payment gateway platform; and Working with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and secure infrastructure.
