As our Social Media Specialis t, you'll lead our global social media strategy, bringing our premium brand to life through engaging storytelling, creative content and meaningful conversations with audiences around the world.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of our social media presence across paid channels, working closely with teams across the business to create content that builds brand awareness, supports commercial objectives and strengthens customer engagement.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you'll lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of our global social media activity across multiple platforms.

Working collaboratively with Marketing, Design, regional teams and external partners, you'll ensure our social media strategy reflects our brand, engages our audiences and continues to evolve with changing trends and technologies.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll manage social channels, analyse performance and use insights to continuously improve results across global markets.

What you'll be doing

Leading our global social media strategy

You'll develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with our global brand direction while supporting regional marketing and commercial objectives.

Creating engaging content

You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling paid content that reflects our premium brand, manages content calendars and ensures timely delivery across all social platforms.

Turning insights into action

You'll monitor performance, analyse campaign effectiveness and use data-driven insights to continually optimise content, audience engagement and return on investment.

Staying ahead of what's next

You'll identify emerging trends, platform developments and new opportunities, sharing knowledge across the marketing team and helping shape future social media capability.

About you

You're an experienced social media professional who is is

equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing day-to-day activity, you enjoy working collaboratively across teams and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

You'll also bring:

  • Proven experience developing and delivering social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Strong experience managing paid social campaigns.
  • Experience using native Paid Social ad platforms like Meta Ad Manager, TikTok Ad Manager.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using performance data and Google Analytics to optimise results.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A passion for digital marketing, creativity and staying ahead of emerging social media trends.
