Что предстоит делать:

  • Работать на первой линии поддержки пользователей
  • Создавать, изменять, удалять учетные данные пользователей
  • Осуществлять закупку, ремонт, обслуживание оргтехники, работать с расходными материалами
  • Взаимодействовать с поставщиками IT услуг
  • Работать с корпоративными сервисами (почта, видеоконференции)
  • Осуществлять установку и сопровождать работу компьютерной техники (ноутбуки, ПК, ТСД, шлюзы различного назначения)
  • Вести документальный учет компьютерной техники
  • Консультировать и обучать пользователей по вопросам IT

Что мы ожидаем от Вас:

  • Опыт работы в сфере системного администрирования от 1 года
  • Умение работать в команде и взаимодействовать с людьми (выслушать, понять, помочь)
