Head Of Cybersecurity

• Head of Cybersecurity is responsible for the delivery, presales,Soc and Penetration testing team.
• Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program for our clients
• Developing security policies, procedures, and guidelines based on industry best practices
• Managing a team that prevents and combats cyber security threats to ensure meeting clients expectations
• Training employees on how to prevent and detect cyber security threats
• Assessing the costs and benefits of new projects and justifying operating costs to top-level executives
• Negotiating with vendors for the best possible deals for the organization’s technology
• Digital Risk and Compliance Planning (Governance, Risk and Compliance Management, Business continuity, Information Security Management Systems)
• Advanced prevention and protection (Network security, Application Security, IoT security)

Requirements

• 10+ years of working experience in the areas of information technology, information systems, cyber security,
• A minimum of 10 years working in cyber security and experience in policy, procedures, and processes
• Management Information System, CISSP, or other security certification
• Must have strong experience selling security solutions/services to enterprise customers and/or leading a delivery team as practise lead
• Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST.
