About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, people-oriented Telesales Representative to handle all incoming leads from our social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). You’ll be the first voice our potential customers hear, so you’ll turn interest into sales through clear, friendly, and confident communication.
Responsibilities
Call and follow up on all leads generated from our social media campaigns quickly and consistently.
Understand each customer’s needs and present the right product/service to them.
Answer questions, handle objections, and close sales over the phone.
Follow up with interested leads who haven’t decided yet until a final decision is reached.
Record all calls, lead status, and customer feedback in our CRM / lead sheet.
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and sales.
Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality and customer feedback.
Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp and social media messages when needed.
Requirements
Fluent English, spoken and written (this will be tested in the interview).
Excellent social and communication skills, with a confident and friendly phone personality.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Ability to work on-site 6 days a week.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Good listener who stays calm and polite with difficult customers.
Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business).
Preferred (Nice to Have)
3+ years of experience in telesales, call center, or customer service.
Experience handling leads from social media ads.
Additional languages are a plus.
