About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development & Account Management Officer to support iCareer’s commercial growth across B2B and B2G markets. The role focuses on identifying new business and sponsorship opportunities, supporting sales activities, and maintaining strong client relationships to build long-term partnerships across Egypt and the wider region.
Requirements
Must-have:
At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, sponsorship sales, or account management.
Experience working with corporate (B2B) or government (B2G) clients is an advantage.
Ability to build professional relationships, follow up consistently, and support long-term client engagement.
Good written and spoken Arabic and English.
Strong follow-up, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Working knowledge of CRM systems, Excel or Google Sheets, and AI tools.
Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and develop commercial skills.
Nice to have:
Exposure to employability, TVET, EdTech, training, career advisory, or events.
Experience supporting sales targets, commercial deals, or sponsorship opportunities.
