MUSE Art Space is looking for an organized, proactive and detail-oriented Studio Operations Coordinator to join our team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:Workshop & Schedule Management
Plan and maintain the workshop calendar, coordinate instructors, manage studio availability and ensure workshops run smoothly.
Instructor Coordination
Communicate with instructors, confirm workshops, coordinate requirements and assist with onboarding.
Bookings & Registrations
Manage workshop bookings, summer camp registrations, participant lists, attendance and booking platforms, Website data entry .
Studio Operations
Coordinate daily studio activities, studio readiness, room setup, workflow, materials and operational tasks.
Summer Camp Coordination
Coordinate schedules, instructors, staff assignments, attendance, materials and day-to-day camp operations.
Marketing & Content Coordination
Assist with captions, written content, website wording, proofreading and campaign communication.
Administration
Maintain digital records, operational documents, reports and internal communication.
Inventory & Materials
Monitor workshop supplies, materials and equipment, identify shortages and coordinate preparation for upcoming activities.
Business Development Support
Assist with new workshop opportunities, instructor recruitment, special projects and initiatives that support the growth of MUSE Art Space.

Location: New Cairo - Lives in New Cairo (1st-5th Settlement ) or Nasr City
Car Owner / lives near by 1st Settlement to ease transportation
Position: Shift Based
Working Days: ( Sunday , Monday and Tuesday from 10 am till 6 pm, and Wednesday , Friday and Saturday from 2 pm till 10 pm ) - Thursday OFF
Working Hours: 8 hours/day
