We are a rapidly growing, home services organization seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager to lead our established Tucson, Arizona operation.
This is not a position for someone who simply wants to maintain the status quo. We are looking for a proven leader who knows how to grow revenue, build high-performing teams, develop future leaders, and create a culture where employees want to stay and succeed.
Our Tucson location currently generates approximately $10 million in annual revenue, and we see tremendous opportunity for continued expansion. We need the right leader to take ownership of the operation, identify growth opportunities, improve performance, and help take this business to the next level.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Drive Revenue & Profitability
Develop and execute strategies to accelerate revenue growth beyond the current $10 million operation.
Take full ownership of the location's P&L, financial performance, budgets, and profitability.
Identify opportunities to increase market share, operational efficiency, and customer retention.
Establish and monitor KPIs to drive accountability and measurable results.
Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term growth strategies.
Build an Exceptional Team & Culture
Create a positive, high-accountability culture built on trust, respect, teamwork, and performance.
Recruit, develop, coach, and retain strong managers and field leaders.
Build a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to succeed.
Establish clear expectations while leading by example.
Develop internal talent and create opportunities for career advancement.
Improve employee engagement, retention, and overall team performance.
Lead Daily Operations
Oversee all aspects of the business, including service, installation, sales, customer experience, and operational performance with help of local leadership.
Ensure departments are aligned and working toward common business objectives.
Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
Maintain exceptional customer service standards and protect the company's reputation.
Lead with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach while empowering department leaders to own their results.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of successfully managing and growing a residential home services business.
Required Qualifications:
Significant leadership experience in the residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry.
Proven experience managing a multimillion-dollar operation with full P&L responsibility.
Demonstrated success growing revenue while maintaining or improving profitability.
Strong understanding of service operations, installation, sales performance, and field productivity.
Experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
Ability to lead managers, hold teams accountable, and drive organizational change.
Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning skills.
A leadership style that balances business results with a genuine commitment to people and culture.
Highly Preferred:
Experience leading a $10M+ residential trades operation.
Proven track record of scaling a business through organic growth.
Experience improving employee engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness.
Experience with Service Titan or similar home services management platforms.
Background working within a growing, multi-location home services organization.
Compensation & Opportunity
