Graphic Designer - Digital Marketing

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer - Digital Marketing to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience creating engaging visual content for digital campaigns, social media, paid advertising, websites, and marketing communications.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Growth, and Content teams to translate marketing ideas and campaigns into high-quality visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Create engaging graphics for social media, digital campaigns, paid ads, websites, and email marketing.
• Design creative assets for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Develop banners, promotional materials, campaign creatives, infographics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Work with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visual concepts.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, visual guidelines, typography, and design standards across all marketing channels.
• Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and performance marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to develop campaign concepts.
• Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms, formats, and advertising requirements.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media trends, digital advertising formats, and emerging creative styles.
• Manage multiple design requests and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• Take feedback positively and make revisions quickly while maintaining design quality.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing, creative, or advertising agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing and social media design work.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma
• Canva is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing creatives for paid social media and digital advertising campaigns.
• Ability to understand marketing objectives and convert them into effective visual communication.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience working with a marketing or advertising agency.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused creatives.
• Experience creating short-form video, motion graphics, GIFs, or reels.
• Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
• Understanding of creative requirements for Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools.
