Order Manager/ Sales Support (m/f/d)

For our internal sales department in Zellik, Belgium we are looking for a detail-oriented Order & Sales Support Specialist to manage the end-to-end order process and support our sales activities. In this role, you will handle incoming orders (EDI and manual), manage quotations in SAP and Salesforce, and act as a central point of contact for our customers regarding orders, deliveries, complaints and returns. You will work closely with Sales & HQ to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Your responsibilities

- processing and managing customer orders from receipt to delivery

- creating and maintaining order confirmations and ensure all relevant documentation is accurate and complete

- monitoring and follow up on orders in SAP, including delivery times, changes, and delays

- creating quotations/offers in SAP and maintain related data

- creating and manage Salesforce cases and opportunities to support the Sales team

- assisting with marketing related to customer and order handling, where applicable

Your profile and personal qualities

- completed commercial education (e.g., industrial clerk, office management, business administration) or equivalent experience

- professional experience in order processing, customer service, inside sales, or a similar role, ideally in an international environment is a plus

- solid knowledge of SAP (order entry, quotations, delivery tracking) and experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is an advantage

- strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

- customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complaints and returns confidently and professionally even with changing priorities

- high level communication skills in Dutch and French, both written and verbal and German or English on a professional level

- hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented working style

- high sense of responsibility and reliability in dealing with customer orders and deadlines

- ability to work independently while being a strong team player
