Whether your background is in logistics, transport, manufacturing, distribution or industrial operations, this is an opportunity to lead a complex regional operation where people leadership matters as much as commercial results.

What you'll be responsible for
- Leading and developing high-performing operational teams across the Wellington region
- Creating a safe, inclusive and engaged workplace culture
- Delivering strong financial, service and operational outcomes
- Driving continuous improvement across production, logistics and customer service
- Building strong relationships with customers, contractors and key stakeholders
- Supporting change initiatives while keeping people informed, involved and supported
- Ensuring operational excellence across safety, quality, compliance and fleet performance
What you'll bring
- Senior leadership experience within logistics, transport, supply chain, manufacturing, construction materials or industrial operations
- Experience leading geographically dispersed or multi-site teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs and performance
- A collaborative leadership style that inspires trust, accountability and engagement
- The ability to balance people, customers and commercial priorities
- Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills
- A focus on developing talent and helping others succeed
