About Your New Role
Based at our Chipping Norton site, the Quality Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring quality is understood, embedded and continuously improved across our manufacturing and distribution operations. Working closely with operational teams, you will monitor quality systems, product testing and compliance, identify areas for improvement and help ensure the products leaving our site are reliable and consistent.
This is a hands-on role where your ability to build relationships and influence others will be just as important as your technical quality knowledge. You will work across different teams and levels of technical understanding, conducting audits, supporting quality reviews, managing non-conformances and corrective actions, and helping people understand and apply quality processes in their everyday work. You will also support the maintenance of the QC lab and equipment, quality isolated stock, training records and quality awareness training for new employees.
Beyond the site, you will take ownership of national document control, coordinating the review, consolidation and standardisation of quality documentation across the business. With SharePoint, management systems and emerging AI tools supporting document management, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys improving the way documents, systems and data are organised and maintained.
More About You!
You are someone who enjoys being connected to the operation and can comfortably move between technical quality conversations and practical discussions on the factory floor.
- Collaborative and able to build genuine relationships with manufacturing teams
- A clear and adaptable communicator across different levels of technical understanding
- Confident influencing and facilitating outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups
- Detail focused, with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity
- Curious and improvement focused, with an interest in better ways of working
Skills & Experience
We are looking for relevant experience gained within quality, engineering or an advanced manufacturing environment, coupled with practical exposure to factory-based quality control.
- Experience with quality assurance systems and quality control or testing
- Practical experience within a manufacturing or factory environment

- Document control knowledge, ideally aligned to AS/NZS 9001 requirements
- Strong document writing skills and familiarity with SharePoint
