We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Continually improve efficiencies and identify areas of improvements
• Provide a concise shift review reporting significant issues encountered during the shift
• Attending to the routine problems
• Planning of shutdown activities
• Managing operational costs
• Monitoring work and checking quality
• Able to plan for inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies as per requirements.
• Ensure downtime reduction
• Undertake why- why analysis during the occurrence of downtime
• Promoting a culture of quality, Environment, health, safety, and other applicable management system’s requirement.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining the IMS.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Conducting audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the IMS.
• Training employees on the IMS and its requirements.
• Continually Pursues new development to improve Plant Safety/ Environment
• Understanding of ISO Process (QMS & EMS) and its documentation

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 7-8 years of Experience in a manufacturing Industry

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
