Job Summary
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Setup, maintain and optimize projects’ IE database of time study, online HC config. definition, offline HC demand study, line balance rate improvement, layout proposal etc.
2. Production line capacity analysis, equipment/fixture demand and HC demand forecast and planning.
3. New biz quotation support and resources plan.
4. NPI supports layout and material flow design, optimization. And push process improvement and station balance to meet target UPH and HC configuration.
5. Continue improving driving and pushing through IE method and tools to save cost and improve efficiency.
6. Drive Continuous Improvement in resources capacity plan and workforce design optimization
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (IE), Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Able to read and write in English, with basic verbal communication skills.
