Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Junior Engineer - Quality inPune.

What a typical day looks like:

• Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion
• Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.
• Assists with development and implementation of quality audits
• Basic Quality and Excel Knowledge, Quality Core Tools and have knowledge on Incoming, In process and Final Quality
• Manage part and component qualification through PPAP and FAI across the product lifecycle
• Lead supplier qualification, assess risks, define process parameters, and verify supplier capability against engineering requirements.
• Support new product launches by ensuring supplier quality compliance.
• Follow up with suppliers for root cause analysis and corrective actions on quality issues
• Review and improve supplier manufacturing processes, driving value and efficiency.
• Promote continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke, MSA, and PFMEA techniques.
• Manage and coordinate supplier Material / Non-Material cost recovery for Supplier Quality issues.
• Ensure readiness for internal and external audits, assisting in quality audits
• Knowledge on ISO/IATF regulations & requirements
• Undertake special projects as required and Provide data-driven decision support wherever needed.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• OPEN FOR NIGHT SHIFT -5 PM - 2 AM
