Job Summary

What a typical day looks like:
1）团队管理与技术领导 / Team Management & Technical Leadership
- 直接管理4-5名高级产品工程师（Senior Product Engineers）
Directly manage 4-5 Senior Product Engineers
- 分配项目资源，设定团队目标及优先级
Allocate project resources and define team goals and priorities
- 指导复杂技术问题决策（DFM、FMEA、重大异常）
Lead and guide decisions on complex technical issues (DFM, FMEA, major abnormalities)
2）NPI与量产项目统筹 / NPI & Mass Production Program Management
- 统筹多个NPI项目推进（跨产品线）
Oversee multiple NPI programs across product lines
- 确保项目达成QCD目标（质量/成本/交付）
Ensure projects meet QCD targets (Quality, Cost, Delivery)
- 审批关键工程方案（工艺、成本、风险）
Review and approve key engineering solutions (process, cost, risk)
3）跨部门协调与客户接口 / Cross-functional Coordination & Customer Interface
- 作为工程代表对接客户及内部PM/CFT团队
Act as the engineering representative interfacing with customers and internal PM/CFT teams
- 解决跨部门冲突及项目瓶颈问题
Resolve cross-functional conflicts and project bottlenecks
- 参与关键客户技术评审与DFM沟通
Participate in customer technical reviews and DFM discussions
4）工程体系与标准化建设 / Engineering System & Standardization
- 推动工程流程标准化（DFM、ECN、BOM管理）
Drive standardization of engineering processes (DFM, ECN, BOM control)
- 建立并推广最佳实践（Best Practices）
Establish and promote engineering best practices
- 提升工程输出质量及一致性
Improve consistency and quality of engineering deliverables
5）成本与效率管理 / Cost & Efficiency Management
- 主导重大降本项目（模具优化、工艺整合等）
Lead major cost reduction projects (tooling optimization, process integration)
- 优化资源利用率（人力、设备、工艺）
Optimize utilization of resources (manpower, equipment, processes)
- 推动制造效率改善（自动化、测试效率提升等）
Drive manufacturing efficiency improvements (automation, test efficiency, etc.)
6）风险与质量管理 / Risk & Quality Management
- 统筹FMEA与重大风险评估
Lead FMEA activities and major risk assessments
- 监控量产阶段技术风险
Monitor technical risks in mass production
- 主导重大客诉的技术分析与改善措施
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for major customer complaints
7）人才培养与组织发展 / Talent Development & Organization Growth
- 培养25级工程师向技术或管理岗位发展
Develop Level 25 engineers toward technical or management career paths
- 进行绩效评估及个人发展规划
Conduct performance evaluations and development planning
- 建立工程技术梯队
Build and strengthen engineering talent pipeline
8）技术培训与知识传承 / Technical Training & Knowledge Transfer
- 开展工艺与技术培训，提升团队整体能力
Conduct process and technical training to enhance team capability
- 推动知识沉淀与共享机制建设
Promote knowledge retention and sharing within the organization
9）技术文件管理 / Technical Documentation Control
- 建立并维护技术文件体系（WI、SOP、工程规范）
Establish and maintain engineering documentation systems (WI, SOP, specifications)
- 确保文件的可追溯性及合规性
Ensure documentation traceability and compliance
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
本科及以上学历，主修机械工程或自动控制或电气工程或电子技术
Bachelor’s degree or above , Major in Mechanical engineering or Auto-matic control or Electrical engineering or Electronic technology
具有电气或工程机械技术中级职称或相关领域的专业知识。
Intermediate professional title in electrical or construction ma-chinery technology or professional knowledge in related field
熟悉办公技能，Auto CAD软件,良好的英语读写能力
Familiar with office skills, Auto CAD software. Proficient in both written and spoken English with effective communication skills. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
在电气箱组装、机械组装或系统集成领域具备10年以上工作经验，且拥有5~10年有3~6人团队管理经验.
At least 10 years of experience in electrical enclosure assembly, mechanical assembly, or system integration, including 5-10 years of experience managing small to mid-sized engineering teams (3-6 members).
