Job Summary:

The Quality Technician Lead is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards while providing leadership and support to the quality team. This role assists with inspections, quality audits, problem-solving, and training team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform product inspections and quality checks.
• Investigate and help resolve quality issues.
• Maintain quality records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards.
• Support corrective action and continuous improvement activities.
• Lead, train, and mentor Quality Technicians.
• Communicate quality concerns to production and management teams.
• Assist in daily workflow coordination and prioritization.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a quality-focused culture.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Prior leadership, team lead, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
