Office Administration Manager: The Centre Education Programme

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Office Administration Manager reports to the Head of Campus and provides high-level, confidential administrative support to the Head of Campus and Area Principal. The role leads and coordinates the administration functions of the Flexible School, ensuring efficient operations, effective communication, and compliance with organisational, legislative and regulatory requirements.
The position oversees the administration team, manages key records and systems, and supports the delivery of quality services that contribute to a safe, responsive and well-organised learning environment for Young People, staff and stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU:
ESSENTIAL:
- A current Working with Children Check, i.e. a Blue Card.
- A current First Aid certificate or ability to obtain.
- A current Driver Licence.
- Ability to engage and work positively with vulnerable and/or at-risk Young People.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, including minute taking, report writing and stakeholder engagement.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other administrative systems, with the ability to learn new technologies and databases.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE:
- Minimum five years’ experience in an Office Administration Manager or similar administrative leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage time, work autonomously, problem solve and use initiative as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating administration teams, office systems and service delivery functions.
- Proven ability to coordinate collection of qualitative and quantitative data from groups within the organisation to compile accurate acquittals, reports and submissions.
- Strong understanding of records management, information governance, privacy and confidentiality requirements.
- Understanding of and commitment to the values of a Catholic educational system of schools in the Edmund Rice tradition.
