Pour l'un de nos clients, entreprise reconnue dans le domaine de l'étanchéité, nous recherchons un Chef d'équipe Étancheur (H/F) dans le canton de Neuchâtel.

Vous assurez la réalisation des travaux d'étanchéité tout en encadrant une équipe sur des chantiers neufs et de rénovation.

Encadrement et coordination d'une équipe d'étancheurs

Organisation et suivi des chantiers

Travaux d'étanchéité bitumineuse, PVC, EPDM et résine

Préparation des supports et pose de l'isolation

Réalisation des relevés, finitions et contrôles qualité

Gestion du matériel et respect des délais

Application stricte des règles de sécurité

Expérience confirmée dans l'étanchéité

Expérience réussie en gestion d'équipe

Autonome, rigoureux et organisé

Permis de conduire indispensable

Capacité à gérer les priorités et à communiquer avec les différents intervenants
