Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

In dieser vielseitigen Rolle agieren Sie an der Schnittstelle von laufender Produktion und strategischen Innovationsprojekten.

Next-Generation Sequencing (Etablierung & Betrieb):

  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Etablierung und Durchführung neuer, innovativer Sequenzierprozesse und deren zugehörigen Komponenten.
  • Beteiligung an verschiedenen laufenden Entwicklungsprogrammen und Transferprojekten zur Skalierung unserer diagnostischen Plattformen und zur Einführung neuer Produkte.
  • Prüfung und Aufbereitung kritischer Materialien und Reagenzien für die Sequenziertechnologie.
  • Chemische Produktion und Analytik:
  • Bereitstellung und Synthese der chemischen Vorprodukte zur Herstellung von Elektroden und Sensoren in der dynamischen Produktion.
  • Durchführung chemischer Vorbehandlungen an Bauteilen sowie Wareneingangsprüfung und Analyse der eingesetzten Chemikalien und Rohmaterialien.
  • Qualitätskontrolle und GMP-Compliance:
  • Endkontrolle von Sensoren und Elektroden gemäß Prüfvorschriften, Prüfplänen und Zeichnungen unter Berücksichtigung des QM-Systems.
  • Termingerechte Durchführung und Dokumentation von Analysen.
  • GMP-gerechte Dokumentation der Arbeitsprozesse, Verfassen von Abweichungen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Vorschriften.
  • Mitverantwortung bei der Lagerhaltung, Inventuren und SAP-Verwaltung von Materialien.

Must Haves:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Chemielaboranten oder Bachelorstudium in Chemie.
  • Erfahrung im GMP-Umfeld und der GMP-gerechten Dokumentation.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse sind im internationalen Innovationsumfeld von Vorteil.
  • 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Herstellung von chemischen/pharmazeutischen Erzeugnissen.
  • Kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischem Denken sowie einem gewissenhaften und präzisen Arbeitsstil.
  • Hohe Lern- und Einsatzbereitschaft sowie ausgeprägtes Interesse an der Einarbeitung in neue, komplexe molekularbiologische Prozesse.

  • SAP Kenntnisse.
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit Sequenziertechnologien.
