Position Overview:

Join our finance team as a hands-on Assistant Controller. You'll own key parts of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, take an active role in our consolidated audits, and be the go-to finance contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and reports.
• Take an active role in annual consolidated audits (US GAAP and UK GAAP).
• Prepare statutory financial statements.
• Work closely with Operations, IT, Purchasing, and Sales.
• Support the application of accounting standards and internal finance policies.
• Support monthly payments and ensure compliance with lease accounting and other policies.

Qualifications:

• Licensed CPA (full license)- A Must. Big 4 audit experience- A Must.
• Audit experience with high-tech companies- A Must.
• Hands-on experience with US GAAP financial statements, including consolidated reports.
• Sharp, analytical, and detail-oriented, with out-of-the-box thinking.
• Independent, hands-on, and a fast learner, with high work ethic and strong ownership.
• Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP and AI tools- a big advantage.
