Prepare and revise shop drawings using AutoCAD.
Perform quantity surveying and quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents.
Prepare BOQs and calculate quantities for various project items.
Assist in pricing BOQ items and preparing tender submissions.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare and follow up on purchase orders (POs) in coordination with the procurement and site teams.
Prepare technical and commercial documents using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Coordinate with the technical office, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate quantities, pricing, and material requirements.
Maintain organized records of drawings, quantities, quotations, and purchase orders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or Civil Engineering.
Preferred location: Candidates residing in New Cairo, especially the Fifth Settlement (Tagamoa), or nearby areas.
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, especially for preparing and modifying shop drawings.
Good command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Basic understanding of quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and tender pricing.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn, work within a team, and meet deadlines.
