This role is crucial to Flora Food Group because operational equipment reliability directly impacts our ability to deliver better food every day. You will ensure that both legacy and state-of-the-art machinery work in harmony, supporting production teams and enabling consistent, high-quality food production. Your work will help maintain the flow of ingredients and products that reach kitchens and tables worldwide.

What you'll do

• Lead the maintenance team to deliver reliable equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program tailored to both old and new factory equipment.
• Manage the parts room to ensure it is well-stocked and organized for efficient repairs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, automation, and production managers to align maintenance activities with operational needs.
• Monitor maintenance performance and adjust plans to continuously improve equipment reliability.

Performance

You will own the maintenance function at the Hugoton facility, driving operational excellence through data-driven decisions and agile problem-solving. Your success will be measured by equipment uptime, reduced breakdowns, and the effectiveness of the preventative maintenance program. By building a capable team and maintaining organized resources, you will ensure the plant operates efficiently and supports Flora Food Group’s commitment to better food.

This role reports directly to the facility leadership and works closely with engineering, automation, and production teams. You will foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning within your team, ensuring long-term equipment sustainability and safety. Your leadership will help build a resilient maintenance function that supports the community of colleagues and the broader mission of delivering nutritious, reliable food solutions.
