Lead Account Executive, Warsaw

FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries - banking and insurance - and have successfully landed major deals in government and defense. We're now expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.

Our platform enables large organizations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale. We provide the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes.

Mission

As a Lead Account Executive, you will drive growth across the logistics industry, owning the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to close. As the founding Account Executive for this market, you will play a key role in establishing our commercial presence and will have the opportunity to build and lead the team as we scale.

What you will do on a daily basis

• Lead in-depth discovery with C-level and business leaders to uncover priorities and quantify the impact of change.
• Apply Gap Selling principles to lead in-depth discovery with business leaders to uncover priorities and quantify the impact of change.
• Lead Field Strategists and Solution Engineers in the sales process to tailor engagements to the customer needs
• Shape compelling business cases and value stories that connect technology to measurable business results.
• Orchestrate multi-stakeholder engagement to secure commitment and drive transformation projects to close.
• Take a leadership role in establishing our presence in the logistics market, driving execution while helping build and grow the sales team.

Who you are

• 5+ years in complex B2B solution sales (SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation preferred).
• Have a track record of engaging senior stakeholders on strategic and business issues, not just product.
• Can demonstrate deals where you uncovered unrecognized business problems and delivered measurable ROI.
• Experience in managing multi-stakeholder, complex opportunities to a successful close.
• A good understanding of Gap Selling and Challenger Sales.
• Are confident discussing KPIs, operational models, and financial impacts in detail with client leadership.

Salary range:

• €75K - €100K base salary
• €150K - €200K OTE
• Low quota & aggressive acceleration
