Supply & Demand Planning

  • Support demand review processes by aligning forecast inputs, customer orders, project timing, and commercial priorities.
  • Develop and maintain supply plans that balance demand requirements, supplier capacity, inventory targets, and manufacturing constraints.
  • Monitor changes in demand and supply and drive timely communication of impacts to stakeholders.
  • Partner with demand planning and commercial teams to improve forecast accuracy, planning assumptions, and visibility to future requirements.

Master Scheduling

  • Own or support master scheduling activities for BESS production, integration, or fulfillment operations.
  • Convert demand and supply plans into executable master production schedules.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to ensure schedule adherence.
  • Monitor schedule performance and escalate constraints impacting customer delivery or operational commitments.
  • Drive discipline in schedule changes, prioritization, and cross-functional communication.

ERP / SAP Process Excellence

  • Champion best-in-class supply chain processes using SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
  • Ensure transactional discipline across purchase orders, planned orders, production orders, inventory movements, delivery dates, master data, and planning parameters.
  • Drive improvements in ERP data accuracy, process compliance, and planning visibility.
  • Partner with business systems and process excellence teams to optimize planning tools, reporting, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Establish standard work, metrics, and governance for supply chain planning and execution processes.

BESS / Manufacturing Operations Support

  • Support supply chain execution for Battery Energy Storage System products, including enclosures, battery racks/modules, electrical components, thermal systems, power conversion equipment, and balance-of-system materials.
  • Coordinate with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure material readiness and production continuity.
  • Support new product introductions, ramp plans, supplier transitions, and capacity readiness activities.
  • Help drive scalable processes suitable for a global BESS manufacturing and supply chain environment.

Require Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain, planning, manufacturing operations, procurement operations, or master scheduling.
