Role Scope
Engineer the electrical side of behind-the-meter generation: collection, interconnection, and integration with the data center.
Design the electrical balance of plant: generator connections, transformers, and switchgear for fast-build plants.
Run the studies for islanded and grid-parallel operation: stability, grounding, and protection coordination.
Integrate storage and generation electrically into one controllable campus system.
What We're Looking For
The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
You've engineered electrical systems for power generation, microgrids, or utility-scale storage.
You've designed generator interconnections and the studies behind them.
You understand islanded operation and what it does to protection and stability.
You've integrated inverter-based resources with rotating machines.
You've taken plant designs through commissioning.
Bonus: Microgrid controls. Grid codes and interconnection standards. PSCAD or PSSE. BESS electrical design.
