Crew Logistics Coordinator

The Crew Logistics Coordinator will support the smooth and efficient operation of crew logistics by coordinating accommodation, transportation, travel requirements, and related operational arrangements.

The role ensures that crew members are properly accommodated and transported during layovers and operational assignments, while maintaining high standards of service, safety, compliance, and cost efficiency. The coordinator will work closely with crew members, hotels, transportation providers, internal operational teams, and relevant authorities to minimize disruption and ensure seamless crew movement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel accommodation for crew members during layovers in line with flyadeal safety, comfort, and service standards.
• Manage hotel bookings, cancellations, and amendments based on crew scheduling requirements.
• Maintain effective relationships with partner hotels and monitor contract validity.
• Arrange ground transportation for crew members between airports, hotels, and other designated locations.
• Coordinate logistics in line with crew schedules and operational requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of travel authorization requests for approval.
• Communicate with crew members, hotels, transportation providers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of hotel, transportation, and other crew logistics arrangements.
• Verify and validate logistics-related invoices.
• Identify cost-effective accommodation and transportation solutions without compromising safety or quality.
• Coordinate emergency accommodation and transportation when required to minimize operational disruption.
• Support APIS and APP submissions for crew and ensure accurate and timely transmission to relevant authorities.
• Verify crew travel and entry requirements, including passports, visas, and destination-specific documentation.
• Submit crew declarations and related amendments to relevant authorities.
• Ensure all crew logistics activities comply with flyadeal policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school certificate required; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Logistics, Aviation Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics; aviation industry experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of travel, accommodation, and transportation coordination processes.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.
