  • Technical leadership: Configure and test the Flywire platform for complex invoicing, payment, and reconciliation workflows. Lead integrations with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Intacct, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and custom platforms).
  • Project & change management: Manage multi-phase implementations with competing priorities. Guide clients through organizational change, adoption planning, and success metrics definition.
  • Data architecture & integration: Map data flows across systems, design validation protocols, troubleshoot file formatting/syncing/tokenization issues, and oversee payment routing configurations.
  • AI-powered efficiency: Build and manage custom AI agents to automate repetitive tasks (data validation, documentation generation, process automation), improving delivery speed and quality.
  • Technical problem-solving: Partner with engineering to scope customizations, troubleshoot blockers, and drive solutions for complex integration challenges.
  • Client enablement: Design and deliver training programs, documentation, and sandbox testing protocols that ensure clients are fully equipped at go-live.
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve tooling, documentation, and delivery methodology. Lead internal initiatives that scale our implementation capability.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work seamlessly with sales, client success, solutions, and engineering to ensure alignment and continuity throughout the client lifecycle.
