About Us

PRpillar is an online reputation management agency helping FinTech brands since 2014. Our portfolio includes 50+ brands, with some of the most well-known names in the industry.

With a remote team of 40+ professionals from 11 countries and various nationalities, we prioritize well-being, development, and quality.

Our Values:

  • Trust: This is the foundational principle of our team.
  • Transparent Communication: We believe in clear and open dialogue.
  • Long-term Commitment: We focus on building lasting relationships and sustained success.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for a Team Lead to run our Content Department: a team of 9 (and growing, with a likely split into sub-groups) producing trading-focused content in English. This is not only written content. The department also runs client blogs, develops Reddit strategies, and produces AI videos for YouTube, all aimed at shaping and protecting our clients' online reputation.

Most of your time will go into managing people, not writing: setting priorities, checking quality, hitting deadlines. Our perfect candidate is an active trader: someone who trades their own account today and can judge whether content is actually correct because they live the markets, not just read about them. They also know copywriting and SEO well enough to know what "good" looks like.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the day-to-day work of your team: set priorities, check quality, keep deadlines on track
  • Own the department's core KPI: quality content delivered on time
  • Build and grow the team: develop copywriters' skills, not just track output, and help shape the department as it expands and splits into sub-groups
  • Set and evolve content standards and processes across text, Reddit, and video
  • Track each team member's results and give direct, regular feedback (1-on-1s and team meetings)
  • Review and approve content before it goes further
  • Take part in the company's strategic initiatives: help decide where the department goes, not just run it
  • Develop and pilot new content services and offerings
  • Work side by side with the Product Delivery Director on strategy, priorities, and cross-team projects
  • Keep the team informed and motivated: share updates, goals, results
  • Write or edit content yourself (a small part of the role: leading and developing the department is the main job)

Qualifications

Must-have

  • Active trader (Forex, crypto, or stocks): you trade your own account right now and follow the markets daily, not "traded a few years ago." You understand orders, leverage, and risk from live experience. This comes first: original, genuinely expert content is our USP, and only a real trader can hold that bar.
  • Copywriting/content experience: you know what strong content looks like and spot weak content fast, across reviews, articles, Reddit comments, and video scripts
  • SEO fundamentals: search intent, keyword research, on-page basics, and an understanding of how content ranks and how to control the SERP for a brand (pushing down negatives, owning the positives)
  • Experience leading a team of specialists
  • Comfortable with AI tools: we use them actively in daily work and you should own them too, but originality and uniqueness stay our USP, so you keep AI a tool rather than a shortcut that flattens quality
  • Advanced English (C1+): you'll be reviewing and approving English-language content
  • Advanced/Native Russian: our internal communication and instructions are in Russian

Nice-to-have

  • Copywriting or SEO experience specifically in trading/FinTech
  • Deeper SEO: YMYL and E-E-A-T, tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush/Google Search Console, and ranking on YouTube, review platforms, and Reddit
  • Strategic mindset: you contribute to company-level decisions and can design new services, not just execute existing tasks

What We're Offering

Compensation & Time off

  • Pay based on your experience, trading knowledge, and leadership background
  • 32 days PTO + sick leave
  • Full-time (40h/week), fully remote, flexible schedule
  • Corporate laptop (MacBook) after trial period

Growth & Culture

  • Access to internal courses and learning materials
  • An open atmosphere: your ideas and feedback are heard and can actually change things
  • Friendly, informal team: online team events, branded merch, good sense of humor included
