The Role
You own our entire US top of funnel - from first touch to a qualified demo handed to our Account Executives.
This is not a dial-and-pray seat with a script someone wrote three years ago. You'll build the sequences, test the channels and figure out what makes a dentist in Ohio or an HVAC owner in Texas pick up the phone and say yes.
And if you crush it, you won't be an SDR for long: top performers move into a closing AE role within months, not years.
At the moment we are mainly looking for people based in Vienna.
What to expect
Qualify the inbound leads our marketing engine generates every single day - fast
Run multi-channel outbound: phone, email, LinkedIn - and test whatever channel comes next
Build and own sequences: form a hypothesis, test it, measure it, make it better
Book qualified demos for our AEs and own the quality of every handoff
Top-performing SDRs have a real shot at moving into an AE role within months
We’re building our US sales team from two places:
New York City: You’ll be based in our NYC office (onsite, office-first). You’ll start with at least one month of onboarding at our HQ in Vienna, where you’ll work side by side with the founders and the core team.
Vienna: You’re an native-level US English speaker who already lives in Vienna. You’ll sell to the US market from our Vienna HQ, so your working hours will shift toward the US time zone (roughly afternoon to evening CET).

Must-haves
1+ years of sales experience
Native-level American English, spoken and written, and a feel for how US buyers think and talk
Competitive to the core: you check the leaderboard, and you want to be at the top of it
Coachable and curious: you test, take feedback, and get better every week
Excited about AI and about selling a product customers actually love
One of the following location setups:
New York City: Based in or willing to relocate to NYC, authorized to work in the US, and up for an onboarding period of at least 1 month in Vienna
Vienna: Based in Vienna, authorized to work in Austria, and comfortable working US-aligned hours
Nice-to-haves
Experience in outbound sales or telesales
Experience in B2B SaaS
What We Offer
NYC: $65k-$75k base + $30k-$35k variable (OTE $95k-$110k) - (uncapped commission)
VIE: €60,000 - 70,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
