  • วิเคราะห์และให้คำปรึกษาด้านเทคนิคเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการทำงานของตู้และอุปกรณ์ให้กับทีมช่างเทคนิค
  • ควบคุมและติดตามกระบวนการแก้ไขปัญหาด้านเทคนิคของตู้
  • รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อนำไปสู่การปรับปรุงและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์
  • ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาที่เหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ
  • ออกแบบหลักสูตรและจัดอบรม เพื่อเพิ่มทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหากับทีมช่างเทคนิคก่อนออกปฏิบัติงานจริง
  • วางแผนงานให้กับทีมช่างเทคนิคและติดตามสถานะการซ่อมบำรุงในแต่ละวัน
  • จัดทำ Report การทำงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • พัฒนาเอกสาร คู่มือ หรือแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคให้กับทีมงาน
  • งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

  1.  วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์,เทคโนโลยี หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2.  หากมีประสบการณ์ในสายงานจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3.  สามารถขับรถยนต์และรถจักรยานยนต์เพื่อออกพื้นที่ในโซนกรุงเทพฯและปริมณฑลได้
  4.  สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาตามแผนงานของหน่วยงานได้
  5.  มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ ให้คำแนะนำในด้านการทำงานให้กับช่างเทคนิคได้
  6.  สามารถปฏิบัติงานประจำสำนักงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ (สลับวันหยุดไม่ตรงกับเสาร์-อาทิตย์)
