About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Android Tech Lead to guide our mobile team and drive the development of high-quality, scalable Android applications.

Key Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java for Android development

@ Expertise in Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and Material Design principles

  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs

Hands-on experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Dependency Injection (Dagger/Hilt/Koin)

Familiarity with Firebase, Google Play Console, and App Store release management

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of professional Android development experience

2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking e@ Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers
@ Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Android developers
  • Architect, design, and build scalable, high-performance mobile applications
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers

« Drive continuous improvement in app quality, performance, and reliability
