Обязанности

  • Работать с холодной и тёплой базой: обзванивать потенциальных и действующих клиентов для подключения сервисов, выпуска электронной подписи, поддержания лояльности и выявления новых потребностей
  • Взаимодействовать с индивидуальными предпринимателями и руководителями организаций
  • Обрабатывать входящие звонки от новых клиентов: подключать сервисы и выявлять дополнительные потребности
  • Презентовать сервисы
  • Выполнять план продаж и вести отчётность в CRM Bitrix24.

Требования

  • Высшее или среднее специальное образование
  • Грамотная речь, умение общаться и договариваться
  • Клиентоориентированность и позитивный настрой
  • Опыт работы в CRM-системах будет преимуществом.
