About the team
The Associate Director appointment is a newly created role supportingboth ourcentral London and Sutton offices (a hybrid role, 1-2 days per week in each location). Supportingthe financialplanningteamand contributingtowards ourstretching growth plans. You will be part of a growing teamof planners and associatedsupportstaff. Whilst the teamhave a significantnumber of existing clientsto deliver a high-qualityservice to, an equally important part of the role will be to provide a local market presence and to focus on winning newclients.
About the role
- Bring or develop a presence in the local marketplace and have a plan of how to win newclients.
- Comply with the Training and Competence Scheme of ForvisMazarsFinancialPlanning.
- Managementof a portfolioof existing financialplanningclients, ensuring that planningopportunitiesare identifiedand, where appropriate, pursued
- Provide appropriatefinancialplanningadvice to ForvisMazarsLLP and externallyreferred clients.
- Collaborateon the growth of the Milton Keynes business alongside the ForvisMazarsLLP wider business
- Maintain an up-to-date technical knowledge of personal tax and financialplanningand related matters
What we are looking for
- Diploma qualified as a minimum, ideally Certified FinancialPlanner and Chartered FinancialPlanner
- Holds strong financialplanningexperience
- Evidence of abilityto generate newwork from newclient found externallyto an existing client book.
- Abilityto proactively manage existing client relationshipsand to develop newrelationships.
