About the team

We are a fast growing and market leadingTaxDispute Resolutionteam. We help a wide range of clients, both corporates, individuals, trustees and charities, withall types of HMRCinvestigations, enquiries and disclosures. We are known for providing outstanding client service and tailored solutions to complex problems. We are a national teammade up of taxprofessionalswitha wide of varietyof experienceand workcollaborativelyacross locations.

About the role

• Working withthe TaxDispute Resolution(TDR) teamof experienced HMRCdispute resolutionspecialists to manage HMRCinvestigationsunder COP 9, COP 8, Cross Taxenquiries, NMW enquiries and various technical disputes.

• WorkwithPartners, Directors and the wider taxteamto ensure the smooth running of HMRCinvestigationsor disclosures.

• Take a proactiverole in the preparationof investigationand disclosure reports, including all computationalaspects of the report, for submissionto HMRCFIS, working directly to senior teammembers.

• In certain circumstances you will deal directly withclients, contacts and other parties to ensure workis done and produced according to the desired timescales, including attendance at meetings withHMRCin person or online.

What we are looking for

• ATT/CTA qualified (or HMRC/ overseas equivalent), or relevant workexperience.
• Report writing and taxcomputationalexperienceis preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especiallyWord and Excel is preferred.
