This is a business that started out in physical retail and has built its online offer over the last few years. It’s still family-run, which means a smaller, more agile team, quick decision-making and a real chance to test ideas and see them go live. Your voice is heard here, and there’s plenty of room to make your mark. They’re now investing in a more sophisticated approach to customer data and loyalty, and it’s a really exciting time to join.

They’re looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of the whole CRM function. You’ll report to the Head of Ecommerce and work alongside a small, friendly team that covers design, merchandising and content.

This is a hands-on role, not one where you can hand work off to a big team. You’ll build, schedule and send campaigns yourself, review what’s currently in place, and shape the strategy for where CRM goes next. There’s also an existing loyalty scheme running across channels that’s ready for a more strategic, automated approach.

The role:

• Own CRM end to end, from planning strategy through to building, scheduling and sending email campaigns.
• Review current CRM activity, identify gaps and put forward practical improvements to boost customer engagement and loyalty.
• Develop detailed customer segmentation to deliver more targeted, relevant communications.
• Build a more strategic and automated loyalty programme across online and in-store channels.
• Explore new channels such as SMS, introducing them thoughtfully, and recommend tools and systems to improve how CRM runs.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a senior CRM Executive ready to step up, or an established CRM Manager, from retail, ecommerce or another sector.
• Strong knowledge of customer data management, segmentation and strategic CRM planning.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and an understanding of multi-channel marketing, including SMS.
• Experience with customer loyalty programmes, ideally across more than one channel.
• A proactive, independent self-starter who’s comfortable owning a function in a fast-paced, smaller business and keen to make a tangible impact.
