The business is continuing to grow, with an expanding retail estate and ambitious plans for further international expansion. It’s a really exciting time to join, with lots happening across the brands and a strong focus on customer, product and commercial growth.

They’re now looking for a Retail Marketing & Activations Manager to join the team on a 12-month maternity cover. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on bringing the brand to life across the retail estate, from seasonal campaigns, windows and POS through to local activations and new retail initiatives.

You’ll manage a team of three and work closely with Retail, Merchandising, VM, Brand and Creative teams, using customer insight and store performance to make sure marketing activity supports commercial performance.

The role:

• Lead the retail marketing plan across the estate, translating seasonal campaigns, promotions and commercial priorities into effective in-store activity.
• Oversee windows, POS, print, production, local marketing and activations, ensuring activity is well planned, commercially effective and delivered on time.
• Work closely with Retail Operations, Merchandising, VM, Brand and Creative to improve the customer experience and support store performance.
• Use store performance data, customer insight and test-and-learn activity to identify opportunities, measure impact and shape future retail marketing.
• Lead and develop a team of three, setting priorities and providing oversight across Retail Marketing, POS and Production while empowering experienced specialists.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ relevant experience in multi-site retail marketing, ideally within fashion, outdoor, sports, footwear, department store, homewares or another product-led retail environment.
• Strong commercial understanding of how physical retail marketing influences store performance, customer behaviour and the overall retail experience.
• Proven experience delivering retail campaigns, promotional activity, POS, windows, activations and customer-facing communications.
• Confident people leader and stakeholder manager, comfortable working across Retail, Merchandising, VM, Brand, Creative and Production teams.
• Commercial, analytical and pragmatic, with strong planning and prioritisation skills and the confidence to make decisions, challenge where needed and balance longer-term planning with fast-moving trading requirements.
