Environmental Science Intern (Summer 2027)

Looking to turn your classroom knowledge into real-world experience? Foth is seeking a motivated Environmental Science Intern to join our Duluth, MN office for Summer 2027. As part of our environmental team, you'll support meaningful projects, build technical skills, and gain firsthand exposure to how we address complex environmental challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform environmental field work in coordination with contractors, clients, staff geologists and project managers
• Travel to project locations to perform environmental sampling, geologic logging, field documentation, aquifer testing, surface water discharge gauging, surveying and contractor oversight
• Support geology, hydrogeology and surface water hydrology projects in the environmental services industry
• Perform quantitative analysis of hydrologic and hydrogeologic data
• Manage geologic and environmental data
• Responsibly complete environmental reporting tasks in coordination with project team

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering or related field
