Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced English Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist -Non Agents hiring you will play a crucial role in sourcing attracting and hiring top English-speaking talent for our BPO company. Your primary focus will be on identifying qualified candidates through various channels evaluating their skills and suitability for our organization and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Primary Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through online channels job boards social media referrals networking and other creative methods.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
- Manage the offer process negotiate salary packages and facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the overall Hiring process and candidate experience.
- Track and report key hiring metrics to measure the effectiveness of TA efforts.
