What you will do 关于该职位 :
Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxingand answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.

Communicate toEngineers on duty and keep a log of all details pertaining toguest calls regardingmaintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public areain a timely manner.

Handle the calendars for the Dir of Engineering and Chief Engineering for appointments with contractors and vendors.

Be responsible fortranslation.

Attendingrelevant meetingstakemeeting minutes. Work out correct Meeting Minutes accordingly.
