The Study Server provides exceptional quality and service to Restaurant guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.
What you will do:
Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
Anticipate guest needsa d satisfaction;offer suggestions, andrespond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Assistin clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
What you bring:
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
High levelof understanding and knowledge of food and wine
Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
