Fox Corporation is an American media company created in 2019 from the assets Rupert Murdoch retained when most of Twenty-First Century Fox was sold to Disney. It deliberately kept the businesses that depend on live viewing: Fox News, the Fox broadcast network, Fox Sports and the television station group, on the argument that live news and sport are the last content people will not wait to stream. Headquartered in New York and listed on Nasdaq, it has since added the streaming service Tubi and launched the direct-to-consumer product Fox One.

OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

JOB DESCRIPTION

The FOX direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform is a new, forward-looking initiative within Tubi Media Group that brings FOX’s unparalleled content portfolio-news, sports, and entertainment-directly to consumers via an innovative subscription streaming service.

Driven by a highly experienced leadership team with extensive backgrounds at the intersections of media, technology, streaming, and content-and built with the full support of Fox Corporation-this venture combines entrepreneurial energy with deep media expertise.

Our vision is to create a unified, modern viewing experience that puts the consumer first-seamlessly integrating live and on-demand content across platforms.

At the intersection of cutting-edge technology and trusted storytelling, this is an opportunity to shape the future of streaming at one of the most pivotal moments in media. We’re assembling a world-class team to deliver on that vision-and we’re just getting started.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Acquisition Marketing Manager to own acquisition marketing operations across FOX One’s paid and owned & operated channels. This role will serve as the central point of organization and communication across campaigns and placements, ensuring creative, timelines, approvals, and execution remain aligned back to the FOX One strategy.

You will manage the day-to-day workflow with our agency partner, keeping paid acquisition campaigns on track from creative specifications through launch. You will also own the end-to-end trafficking process for owned & operated and synergy placements, partnering closely with FOX News, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, and Tubi. Across these efforts, you will ensure messaging, assets, and placements are coordinated and consistent while serving as a key resource for campaign status, troubleshooting, and execution.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support media plan development and execution across paid and owned & operated channels to drive subscriber acquisition, keeping multiple concurrent campaigns, creative assets, placements, and deadlines organized and on track
  • Manage the relationship and daily workflow with our outside agency, as well as other vendors and platforms, coordinating campaign specifications, creative assets, timelines, approvals, and deliverables
  • Own the end-to-end trafficking process for owned & operated and synergy placements in partnership with FOX News, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, and Tubi
  • Partner with the brand and creative team to request, approve, and traffic assets, and steward creative alignment strategy across campaigns to ensure the right message reaches the right placement and audience
  • Coordinate with agencies, platforms, and vendors on campaign execution and optimization, and serve as a central point of contact providing clear status updates and proactively identifying and resolving execution issues
  • Build and maintain processes and tracking systems, including campaign documentation and trackers, that create visibility across campaigns, stakeholders, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Conduct competitive and audience research to inform campaign strategy
  • Partner closely with business units and creative teams to ensure assets meet campaign requirements and are delivered on schedule
  • Proactively flag risks, troubleshoot issues, and hold internal and external partners accountable to campaign timelines

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Typically, 7+ years of experience in media, ad operations, marketing, or a related area, with demonstrated ownership of campaign strategy or asset creative processes
  • Demonstrated experience stewarding creative alignment, ensuring messaging and assets are seamlessly tailored to and optimized for the right placements and audience touchpoints
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns, deliverables, and stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to build and maintain processes that keep creative and campaigns aligned across teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working across internal business units, creative teams, and external agency partners
  • Ability to proactively identify and communicate issues, troubleshoot campaign execution challenges, and hold partners accountable to deadlines
  • Occasional flexibility to work evenings and weekends in support of live programming, breaking news, launches, and marquee events.
  • Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position. Selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience working in paid social, CTV, or programmatic campaigns
  • Familiarity with Excel, Airtable, and Figma for campaign tracking, reporting, and workflow management
  • Experience working within a lean team or marketing organization and successfully managing responsibilities across multiple areas
