The Role

Foxit is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to partner across our business and technology organizations to improve the applications, workflows, integrations, and processes that power our global operations.

This is a broad, hands-on business systems role. While systems analysis is the core discipline, every member of the team is expected to take ownership of application administration and operational support regardless of title.

You will serve as a bridge between functional stakeholders, technical teams, and data operations-helping translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while improving reliability, efficiency, and automation across our technology ecosystem.

We are particularly interested in candidates with an AI-forward mindset who can identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI-assisted workflows, and emerging enterprise technologies.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to support, optimize, and scale business applications and operational processes.

• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications, workflows, and delivery plans.

• Support systems integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and operational dependencies across business platforms and data systems.

• Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics teams on reporting requirements, data quality, and downstream analytics needs.

• Lead and support UAT, regression testing, deployment validation, and post-release stabilization.

• Develop and maintain process documentation, system documentation, and operational runbooks.

• Identify opportunities for automation, process standardization, and AI-assisted workflows.

• Help improve the scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency of Foxit's business technology ecosystem.

• Take ownership of application administration and operational responsibilities as needed across the team's systems and platforms.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Applications Support, Business Process Improvement, or a related discipline.

• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications and business systems.

• Experience working with systems integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall delivery environments.

• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements, workflows, and actionable solutions.

• Comfortable working across business stakeholders, technical teams, and data-focused teams.

• Strong problem-solving, documentation, testing, and process-improvement skills.

• An AI-forward mindset and interest in applying emerging technologies to improve business operations.

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following enterprise platforms or technologies is a plus:

• CRM, ERP, CPQ, marketing automation, or document workflow platforms

• Salesforce

• HubSpot

• DealHub

• NetSuite

• Databricks

• iPaaS and integration middleware

• AI-enabled enterprise applications, automation capabilities, and copilots
