About The Role

Are you a driven sales professional looking for a fast-paced, rewarding role with uncapped earning potential? Foxtons is seeking ambitious individuals to join our growing Auctions team as an Real Estate Broker.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of London's most dynamic property sectors, helping buyers and sellers navigate the auction process while building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Unlike many property roles, a driving licence is not required, and you'll enjoy a Monday to Friday working pattern with no Saturday working, giving you greater work-life balance while advancing your career.

About You

As a Real Estate Broker, you'll be responsible for managing property auction transactions from initial enquiry through to completion. You'll work with vendors, buyers, investors and property professionals, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating and converting new business opportunities.
  • Building relationships with property owners, buyers and investors.
  • Advising clients on the auction process and market conditions.
  • Managing a portfolio of properties throughout the sales cycle.
  • Negotiating offers and driving successful outcomes for clients.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Working closely with internal departments and stakeholders to maximise opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, target-driven approach.
  • Confidence negotiating and influencing outcomes.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in the property market.
  • Resilience, ambition and a desire to succeed.
  • Previous sales, customer service or property experience is beneficial but not essential.

We also offer annual paid time off for employees to volunteer at a charity of their choice. Many choose to support our partner, Single Homeless Project.
