Office Manager Part-time to Framna

We're looking for a friendly and proactive Office Manager to take care of our Framna office in central Östersund.

Our Östersund office is home to a creative bunch of colleagues working with technology, design, and digital products. We also share our space with other companies, so there's always a mix of people around.

As our part-time Office Manager, you'll be the go-to person for the little (and sometimes bigger) things that keep the office running smoothly. You'll work independently in Östersund, with support from our Office and People team in Stockholm and Kalmar.

This is a 20% position, making it a great opportunity to combine with university studies or other commitments. We'll agree on a schedule together that works for both you and the needs of the office, giving you flexibility in how you spread your hours throughout the week. And if you're a student, you're more than welcome to stay and study at our office when you're not working!

What you will do

Your main mission is simple: make sure our office is a great place to be!

Some days you'll be making sure we have everything we need, other days you'll be helping organize an event or solving an unexpected office issue.

More specifically, you will be:

• Making sure everyday office essentials are in place, from coffee and milk to printer supplies and other necessities.

• Keeping the office welcoming, organized, and running smoothly, including taking care of plants and shared spaces.

• Being the main contact person for our tenants and helping with practical questions and requests.

• Coordinating with external suppliers and partners, such as cleaning services and property management.

• Handling practical office administration, including access systems and coordinating checks of safety equipment.

• Helping plan and organize local events, breakfasts, afterworks, and other fun activities.

• Working closely with colleagues in Östersund and our Office team in other Framna studios.

Previous experience in service, administration, hospitality, or a similar role is a plus
